Can I fly one duty across several evenings?

Yes. Nothing has a date or a report time.

Sim rate is fine, and logged time accounts for it.

Which aircraft do I need?

The type in your flight plan, or a close one. If you're given an A319, the base-game A320neo is fine.

That type is the one recorded flying the route. We don't recommend add-ons.

How does logging work on Xbox and PlayStation?

You log them yourself. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on console gives an outside app nothing to read.

Type in the block time after the sector. A time far outside the plausible range is flagged; the hours count anyway. Every logbook row says how it was logged.

Why does Windows warn me about the Companion App?

The installer isn't code signed, so SmartScreen warns about it. The download page shows what to click.

I installed the Companion App and nothing opened. Did it work?

Probably. On a paired machine the Companion starts in the notification area without a window. Double-click the CR icon near the clock, under the hidden-icons arrow.

A first install opens the window. After that the Companion starts with Windows; the Start with Windows switch in its tray menu turns that off.

What happens to my career if I stop paying, or if you shut down?

Nothing is deleted. Stop paying and your pilots go dormant, readable but grounded until you subscribe again.

If we close, every subscriber gets at least 30 days' notice by email and no further payment is taken. The terms say the same.
